Psychologists are professionals with bachelor’s and master’s degrees and are eligible for Ph.D. but don’t attend medical school. A psychologist is an expert in studying human behavior and cognitive processes, providing therapy and interventions to help individuals address emotional issues and improve mental resilience.
Mid-Levels are Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who work under the supervision of a Physician. It is a skilled healthcare practitioner authorized to conduct medical assessments, prescribe medications, and contribute to patient care under the supervision of licensed physicians.

You can keep your separate therapist, but we can help you figure out the medication if needed and what therapy technique would be helpful. Since Medicare automatically sends it to the secondary insurance, we are not involved with that billing, so that could potentially help if you gave that information to us in our system.
Efficiency is key. By promptly completing paperwork and form submissions, you open the door to potentially being scheduled for an appointment within 7 to 10 working days. Your swift action brings you closer to the care you need.
If you do the paperwork as quickly as possible, and fill out the forms, you could be potentially seen in 7 to 10 our working days, which are Tuesday through Thursday with two partial days, and help us promptly with the paperwork. The initial evaluation is 385 and follow up is 203 dollars. You may qualify for some discounts but it is after approval from the physician and then the administration only.

We do not send medical records to external services. Should you require your medical records, you may retrieve them for a nominal fee and handle the sending process independently to your preferred destination. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
We do not do any type of paperwork unless agreed-upon, which is very rare and there is a separate fee of $550-$750 which are not covered by the insurance due to increased liability and lack of testing in psychiatry to show what is the level of anxiety For the patient and the blood work.
We do not do any disability paperwork as it affects the therapeutic alliance. There are independent disability, a valuators at the Social Security office that you can get in touch with to get your disability forms filled.
For your continued care, if you haven’t had an appointment in the last 6 to 9 months, our staff will make an effort to reach out to you via phone and message. However, if we do not receive a response within 2 to 4 weeks, regrettably, you will not be considered an active patient. Your well-being remains our priority.
If you do not get seen in the last 9 months, you will be automatically discharged from the clinic and chart will be closed after your chart is closed. A message will be left on the active telephone number on file and if you do not respond in two weeks of that message, if needed 2 to 4 weeks of medication may be given, depending on the need and the medication. We are not legally responsible to give prescriptions after this.
There is an out of office charge for medication, refill after three months of your appointment time and the referral is off 30 days not 90 days, and during these 90 days you are expected to see the physician, so that progress and safety is recorded.
